LEVEL 2 Strength & Conditioning

Barbells are FOREVER. Pull UP and GET BUSY! Want A Big Deadlift? Need A Heavy Squat? Build Your Conditioning? Then this sh*t is for YOU!

No experience? NO PROBLEM! This is a “BEGINNER” class involving kettlebells, dumbbells, and conditioning equipment. Develop your skills and work your way UP at Uptown Strength.

LEVEL 1 Strength & Conditioning

This class is for the advanced athlete. Class involves Olympic Weightlifting variations, heavy compound movements and metabolic conditioning.

* Must be proficient with the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

Level 3 Strength & Conditioning

Boxing (All Levels)

This is a foundational boxing class for beginners but challenging enough for the intermediate boxing athlete.

Boxing Advanced

This class is for the intermediate and advanced athlete. Athletes should have an advanced understanding of boxing technique as the coaches will be giving out commands just as fast as your punches!!!
